Return Policy:

 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order! We believe that shopping at The Embroidery Project should be a positive experience for all our customers.

 

Thanks for shopping with us and we do understand if our product didn’t meet your requirements or was probably not what you were looking for. This happens to me a lot of times and I myself prefer that the stores have a lenient return policy. So when writing this return policy, I wanted to give our customer a chance for exchange and return the products within 20 calendar days. However, we do want you to go through these simple conditions if you wish to return our product.

 

  1. The custom-made products cannot be returned. You can contact us at returns@theembroideryproject.com if you have any issues with your custom product.
  2. All reduced price items are final Sales. You can contact us at returns@theembroideryproject.com if you have any issues with your final sale product.
  3. The item/ items should be unused and in its original condition.
  4. We would prefer if you would ship them back to us in the original packaging.
  5. Please return the item/ items complete with all of its parts and accessories if any.
  6. Please return the Item/Items in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.
  7. The return shipping cost is to be paid by the customer.
  8. Item/Items to be shipping back within twenty (20) days of the date of delivery.
  9. Please do authorize your return by sending an email to us at returns@theembroideryproject.com with the order no., the item/items you wish to return and the reason for the return.

 

Once we have received your return, we will inspect the items and process your return if it meets the above conditions. Please allow 15 business days for the refund to be processed. If you wish to receive a store credit for your return, please allow 5-6 business days for us to process the same. For any exchanges, please mention in the email to authorize your return, we will ship the exchange item if it is in-stock within 5-6 business days. If the items don’t meet the above conditions, we will email you the next possible steps in such scenarios.

We generally ship the in-stock items within 1-2 business days and you will receive the items depending on the chosen shipping method.
